We are currently looking for employment in our doggie daycare, kennel and grooming.
Our Daycare and Night Camp consists of 10 to 20 daycare dogs a day. We have a large field for dogs to play in as well as a few smaller yards.
Job tasks include:
1. Entertaining and watching dogs play
2,Checking clients in and out
3.Cleaning
4. Poop pick up
5. Bathing dogs
6. Feeding
6. Other tasks that relate to this job
 These positions are very physically laboring. If you have any physical limitations, these jobs are not for you. You must be able to lift 50lbs and you will be on your feet moving most of the time.
You must have a car /drivers license and be able to drive in all weather.
 You must always show up 10 minutes early for your shift and be reliable. This is a very important part of these positions.
 This position requires that you are able to work outside for a good part of your shift.

Brusher Bather Position includes Brushing, bathing, light clipping. This position is a morning to early afternoon position on week days.

Daycare positions and brusher bather positions typically start at $17 an hour for adults over 18. High school students start at $14 an hour.  Additional pay is available for those who have open availability, Meaning those who are available to be scheduled on any day or time needed. In addition, bonuses are available for performance and reliability. Pay could be as much as $21 an hour starting with added monies.
 We are looking for evening Staff positions to do 1-2 hour let outs for dogs in the evening around 8pm. This shift is best for someone who is close by.  We will also be looking for staff positions to stay the night to house sit should the owner be away. These shifts are for staff that apply for those hours and are not required by all staff. 
  There is always an opportunity for a staff member to learn more in this industry. As an employee gains skills and are versed in different areas, pay rates can increase. Remember if you have no experience you must start at the bottom and work up. This is normal in any industry. After school positions are available for ages 16 and older
 The following are our business hours. Normal shifts are schedule during these hours. The exception is anyone looking to do evening let outs between 8 and 10pm or house sitting.. 
Weekend - hours 9 to 3
Weekdays - Monday and Friday 6:45am to 5pm
Weekdays - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:45am to 6pm
Holiday shifts are short usually 2 or 3 hours. For staff that works the holiday shifts, all shifts schedules are rotated so that no one staff works every holiday.

Availability

Most daycare shifts are 7am to 1pm or 12pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. This can be altered depending on available hours. Some 3-6pm shifts are also available.
Weekend hours are 9am to 3pm.
New employees must be available to work either a morning or afternoon daycare shift and some weekend shifts. . .
Some Holiday shifts are required. This usually consists of a 3 hour shift either in the morning or afternoon.

Bathing and Grooming

Some bathing and grooming will be required.  All employees will learn to do light brushing, bathing, nail clipping and ear cleaning. Some employees will go on to learn more advanced grooming.

Training, Showing, Service Dogs

Opportunities are always available! 
 All employees can learn about our service dogs, dog showing and training. We encourage  each person to learn as much as they would like about this industry.
